In the fall of 1989, a group of equestrian enthusiasts got together and formed the Black River Valley Association in order to promote the equine industry and provide an opportunity for local horse lovers to come together for some fun and friendly competition. Today we remain dedicated to that purpose by offering regular horse shows, clinics, programs, a trail ride, and a BRVHA End-of-Year Banquet to celebrate our successes
